World's Biggest Lantern?

Officially, the structure at the top of One South Dearborn (1 South Dearborn Street) in Chicago is a lantern.  It's mostly just a big open box with a white roof that slants inward.  At night, lights are projected onto it so it will stand out in Chicago's busy skyline.  But the building simply doesn't have the height to pull it off.  It is surrounded by a dozen buildings that are nearly double its size.  Also disappointing is the fact that the color of the lantern doesn't change with the season or with holidays.  Meanwhile, most of its neighboring buildings participate in holidays by changing their lighting schemes.
